*  Planning applications - submission, plans, forms, planning statements and any other necessary requirements specific to your circumstances.  We can provide you with initial advice on the best way forward, and ensure that you are happy with our service every step of the way;  We cannot guarantee that you 100% success 100% of the time, but we can guarantee you of our best services at all times, with honest and straightforward advice, solutions and problem solving for all of your needs.  If this means advising you that we think you need to rethink your scheme, we will do so, even if it means that you do not go ahead and we do not end up dealing with your scheme!!

*  Planning appeals - If you have been refused planning permission recently, we can deal with your planning appeal, in any forum, written representations, informal hearings or public inquiries.  If you do not wish to appeal, we can offer you advice or direct negotiation on your behalf with the Local Planning Authority;

*  Objecting to planning applications - sometimes, the first contact that people have with the planning system, is when a planning application has been submitted for a development near to where they live.  If you are against the development, this can be a daunting experience, and we can offer assistance, if you need it after our initial chat, on the issues that you need to be addressing in your objection.  We can't guarantee you success in this, but we can advise on the best way to go about it;

*  Providing quick answers online - sometimes, you want advice, but you do not want the expense or the hassle of contacting a planning consultancy.  We can provide a simple, fast and cheap online 'Ask for advice' service for a minimal charge.  If we answer your question and you need no further assistance, we will not bombard you with phone calls or emails.  The purpose of this service is to provide quick and informative advice, that can often take away the need to pay for a planning consultant to do the work for you.  Where we can help, we will.  If it's more complicated, we will explain how we, or another planning consultant, may be able to help you.
